What does the GpsGate
program do?

GpsGate is a GPS utility program that runs in the background.

The main purpose of GpsGate is to share one GPS between several GPS applications running at the same time. It uses your GPS as input, and creates as many outputs as you want. But it has many even more advanced uses.

For Buddy Tracking with TIKI, you use GpsGate to send data from your GPS not only to TIKI but also to the free server gpsgate.com - and to receive your buddies GPS data from the server and send their data to TIKI.

For TIKI it's just like having direct access not only to your own GPS every second - but to your friends GPS every 15. seconds or what ever interval you decide to exchange position data.
